With so many great options to choose from my wife and I kept asking for keys for certain vehicles and our sales rep Jesus Galvan didn’t hesitate or try to sell us on a certain vehicle. He was patient with us and we ended up making a decision which we both liked. The service and time of this man is like no other and we appreciate it. What was supposed to be a quick in and out purchase became a haggle. Everything was great until we were getting ready to sign the paperwork. I couldn't help but overlook all the numbers as any father should for his daughter ( her 1st big purchase) when I noticed there was a separate charge for $99 for lock nuts. Need you mind there was ready a $65 fee on the window sticker. Their response "well sir thats an installation fee." And then they wonder why shady practices keep good customers away. And then I'm bombarded with emails asking for a positive review about great experience. All I can say is Thank you Patty and Jesus for making this the least gratifying experience. Bert Ogden you sure have a great crew doing the best they can for you at Harlingen KIA.

I want to give a huge shout out to Jesus Galvan, he went above and beyond to help me purchase my dream car! My very 1st purchase through a dealership and he helped the process to be so much easier. We were very happy with the buying experience of our Kia carnival the sales team really worked with us. As part of our deal our car was going to need a replacement in the rear. They promised us a loaner vehicle to do so. My husband and I have called now for 2 months and we keep hearing "the manager will call you back". Still waiting to hear from them. We are tired of calling and we just want our brand new car to get fixed as promised.
